Times Union, STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS The State University of New York at Delhi will receive sealed Proposals for Project No. 25306 Titled: Alumni Hall Elevator Replacement until 3:00 p.m. Local Time on December 3, 2014 at Wall Service Complex Conference Room, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract shall be substantially completed by April 15th, 2015, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract is approved by SUNY Delhi.
