Times Union, NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bethlehem hereby invites sealed bids for the Maintenance Contract for the Town of Bethlehem Well Pumping Systems located at the Dinmore Road Water Supply Facility, New Salem Well Pumps, South Albany Well Pump, and Vly Creek Residential Well Work shall consist of providing maintenance services that include, but are not limited to inspecting, servicing and cleaning the gallery pumps and motors, as well as, replacing the vertical and angle well pumps and motors. The maintenance services will be required and scheduled on an as needed basis throughout the term of the contract. Bids will be received up to 2:30 p.m. on the 19th day of November, 2014 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Mr. John Clarkson, Supervisor, Town of Bethlehem, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes, which shall bear, on the face thereof, the NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER AND SUBJECT OF THE BID. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted. Bid documents may be obtained at the Bethlehem Town Clerk's Office, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054. Bid documents may also be available for download from the Capital Region Purchasing Group through the Town of Bethlehem Website at www.townofbethlehem.org Purchasing Division. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the bid and/or to reject any or all bids.
