Day Apartments,23rd/21st street 2nd Ave/Broadway , Watervliet, New York 12189. A project walk thru will be conducted Friday, December 20th, 2013 at 10am located at the Administration Building at the following address. Proposals are due at the Watervliet Housing Authority's Administration Building, located at 2400 2nd Ave, Watervliet, New York 12189, no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, January 8th, 2014.
