Times Union, STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS The State University of New York at Morrisville is seeking bids for Proposal #14-21, Morrisville State College Student Activities Center Audio Video System Upgrade 2014. The project will include, but is not limited to the following: The work of this project includes a fully functioning Gymnasium audio system that provides new equipment and ties to an existing speaker system. Work in the Lobby will include a video wall system. The Student Lounge will include a full audio and video system. The Fitness Center work includes a new audio system also tied to existing speakers. All work on this Contract is to be substantially completed by March 20, 2015 and starting within ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date of the Morrisville State College Business Office. Sealed bids will be received by the University until Wednesday, November 12, 2014 2:30 p.m., at the Whipple Administration Building, 1st floor conference room, when they will be opened publicly and read aloud. On the day of the bid opening, bids may be delivered to the 4th floor of the Whipple Administration Building until 2:15 p.m. and until 2:30 p.m. to the 1st floor conference room.
